Each marketer has worked on a case with a partner when ad fraud is detected [in the traffic] and both the marketer and the partner need to understand the details of the issue. And also try not to lose each other’s trust. And of course, try to save time and efforts on reading and understanding traffic quality reports and not spend the entire week on working out a mutual solution.
When it comes to using anti-fraud tools, one of the most important issues is to provide clients with reliable but easy-to-read and interpret ad fraud reports. And sometimes there is a need not to just share an Excel report or PDF file, but to connect a partner to an anti-fraud report dashboard to deeply analyze traffic together, have options to drill down each fraudulent click or conversion, and understand each particular fraud case.
FraudScore’s team presents a Guest Access feature — available for all FraudScore customers. The feature that allows you to invite guest users to your FraudScore account, but to precisely customize all the data that these guests will have access to.
For example, if you want to share ad fraud reports with an advertiser but he has to have access only to one or two offers — you can use the Guest Access feature. Just set the data that this advertiser will be able to access and invite him via email. FraudScore will make sure that the user has access only to those offers, sources and slices that you’ve granted access to.
With FraudScore Guest Access feature, marketers are able to:
- Invite guest/partner users to ad fraud dashboards in FraudScore
- Limit access to specific parameters — view traffic and detected ad fraud for certain offers, dates, affiliates, etc.
- Encrypt specific data type — if you want a guest to access ad fraud data for several offers, but you don’t want to show their titles — you can encrypt them. So the guest will not be able to see the offer names, but will be able to differentiate them.
- Hide report slices from FraudScore report for a guest. For example, you want to completely hide all data for Affiliate Subs 2–5.
We invite you to check detailed settings for the Guest Access option in FraudScore Knowledge base.
